Anthony Rawbone-Viljoen - Managing Director Anthony is the owner of Oak Valley and has been farming the property since 1973. He has an honours degree in economics and has served on the Boards of various companies affiliated to the Oak Valley business, such as the Two-a-Day Group Ltd, Elgin Fruit Juices (Pty) Ltd, Tru-Cape Fruit Marketing (Pty) Ltd and APL Cartons (Pty) Ltd. 		Malcolm Gradwell - Financial Manager Malcolm completed his schooling in Somerset West and matriculated in 1986. He then obtained the BCompt and Hons BCompt degrees. A few years travelling overseas preceded his working life in the agricultural sector. Positions in other high profile agribusinesses were held before joining Oak Valley in June 2007. Malcolm has always had a passion for the farming/ outdoor life. He enjoys most sports but is particularly keen on golf, cycling and fishing. He is married to Tracy and has a daughter, Leigh. 		Ernst Hedenrych - General Manager Fruit Division and contact for Film Locations Ernst joined the fruit section of Oak Valley in 1997.He loves nature and outdoor adventures and also enjoys mountain biking and camping. 		Pieter Visser - Winemaker Pieter has been with Oak Valley since 1993. He studied horticulture & viticulture at Elsenburg and manages the vineyards and makes the wine at Oak Valley. 		Beverley Horrell - Sales Manager After 10 years in the PR and promotions field, Beverley decided to follow her passion in the wine industry, and joined the Oak Valley Wines team in 2004. She has a Higher Diploma in Marketing and Communications, and is mother to Gregory. Beverley's has a keen interest in the arts, and her favourite pastimes are cooking and entertaining! 		Dylan Coleman - General Manager Greenhouse Division Dylan attended school in Gauteng. After Matric he spent a few years travelling abroad. On his return he settled on the Garden Route where he spent 5 years growing outdoor flowers and greens. He joined Oak Valley in 2006 and is in overall charge of the flower division. 		Craig Fisher - Marketing Manager Flower Division Craig joined Oak Valley in 2006. He recently moved back to Cape Town from Johannesburg where he spent the last 13 years in the FMCG industry. Craig has a Certificate in Business Administration from the Wits Business School. He is married to Jacqueline and has 2 children. 		Werner Karg - Livestock Manager Werner matriculated in 1995 from Oakdale Agricultural School. He then joined the dairy farm Bon Mella where he worked from 1996-2001. In 2001 he won the Philadelphia Herd Competition. He has been on Oak Valley since July 2001. He has always had a great love for animals. His hobbies include 4 x 4 routes and fishing. 		Pieter Boshoff - Packshed Manager Flower Division After Tech Pieter joined Stodels Nurseries where he worked for 8 years. He joined Oak Valley Flowers in 1995. 		Jan Lambrechts - Personnel Manager Jan matriculated from Paarl Gimnasium in 1982 and went on to do a Higher Diploma in Personnel Management at Cape Technicon. He joined Oak Valley in 1993. He is married to Eileen and has two daughters. Jan is interested in any sport, although he only plays golf actively - off a 10 handicap. He was a provincial rugby player in his day.
