 The Oak Valley Estate measures 1786 hectares in extent and has 4 operating divisions:

Fruits 354 hectares of apples and pears which are packed by the Two-a-Day Group Limited and marketed through Tru-Cape Fruit Marketing, where the Oak Valley operating company has a substantial financial interest. More >	Flowers 13 hectares of greenhouse cut flower production as well as a wholesaling arm with the well known brand Oak Valley Flowers, now the largest supplier of fresh cut flowers in the Western Cape, including the Woolworths account. More >	Beef Cattle 583 hectares of sub-clover and grass pastures which are dedicated to the production of naturally reared beef with some 450 breeding cows. More > Place an order >	Wines A more recent development has been the establishment of 48 hectares of vineyards for quality wine grape production, with the modern generation of vineyards dating from 1985 to the present time The first wine produced was a 2003 Sauvignon Blanc released under the Oak Valley label. Oak Valley has more than 200 permanent employees with an additional 500 workers employed in a seasonal capacity, depending on the time of the year.

Rent free on-farm housing for permanent workers, backed up by a home ownership scheme in the local town, initiated and subsidized by the Company (introduced 1996). A community center for the hosting of religious activities and social functions (established 1955). A day-care center licensed to accommodate up to 64 pre-school children where working mothers are entitled to enroll their children free of charge (established 1964). Sports facilities under lights which make provision for rugby, cricket, football, tennis and netball, including a fully equipped clubhouse (established 1986).
