Oak Valley is proud to be able to offer on short-term rentals a recently renovated and cosy cottage set within the breath-taking beauty of this historic Estate.

The cottageis situated in the middle of a working farm and is framed by spectacular mountain vistas and lush natural scenery located within the Elgin Valley.

The cottage is self-catering and is fully equipped for your relaxation and comfort.


An historic recently renovated cottage, one of the oldest buildings on the farm. It has one large loft bedroom upstairs (with skylights) has a King-size bed (all linen supplied) and an adjoining bathroom. Downstairs is an open plan kitchenette / lounge / dining area and adjoining bathroom, including shower (no bath). Equipped with stove / fridge / microwave oven with TV provided, but bring your own DSTV card. There are Braai facilities and outdoor furniture. Rental R1,050incl VAT per night. Maximum 2 adults plus 2 small children on mattresses which are provided.

The cottage is within easy riding distance of the highly rated Oak Valley MTB trails which play host to the famous ABSA Cape Epic and the Wines2Whales mountain biking races.

To set the mood, a bottle of award winning Oak Valley wine is provided with each booking.
